You may withdraw from your subscription, with no need to justify yourself or pay a penalty, by sending us an unambiguous declaration.
You have fourteen days from the day your order was concluded, that is the day of payment.
We refund the full amount you paid, no later than fourteen days after receiving your declaration, using the same payment method.
Your Premium access closes once your refund has been processed.
If you bought your subscription inside the app on an iPhone or iPad, withdrawal is handled by Apple, not here.
You may also send us your declaration by email or by post, as explained in our terms of sale.
