Terms of sale

  • Address: 170 avenue de Colmar, 68200 Mulhouse, France

  • EU VAT number: FR64829094390

Two sales channels, two sellers

Atlavo Premium can be bought in two ways, and the seller is not the same in both. To know which text governs you, first look at where you paid.

Bought on this site: the seller is the publisher named above. The payment is collected on their behalf by their payment provider, which is a technical intermediary and never the seller. This document applies.

Bought inside the iOS app: the seller is Apple. Apple's terms govern that sale, and Apple's support handles billing, refunds and cancellation. This document does not replace them.

A subscription bought on this site is attached to the account whose identifier is passed to the provider at payment time. No automatic transfer from one channel to the other is promised: subscribing on both sides would create two separately paid subscriptions.

What the subscription opens

Atlavo Premium opens exactly two things.

  • Offline maps, that is, downloading regional packs you can browse with no connection.
  • The advanced filters, which come on top of the free filters already available.

On this website, only the advanced filters work. Offline maps are used in the mobile app, not here: a purchase made from a computer means installing the app and signing in to it with the same account.

Everything else stays free: the worldwide map, the price colours, place search, a car park's details, the basic filters and the colour themes. The subscription adds no data that non-subscribers would not see.

Price

Two plans are offered, one monthly and one yearly. In France they are €0.99 per month and €7.99 per year. Prices vary by country, and the one that applies where you are is shown on the payment page before you pay. Amounts are shown with all taxes included: the amount charged is the amount shown, nothing is added to it.

The seller is under the French small business VAT exemption. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French general tax code. No French VAT therefore appears on receipts.

How the order is formed

From the Settings page of this site, the subscribe button opens the provider's payment page. There you see the plan, the applicable price and the payment method before you pay. The order is concluded when the payment is accepted.

The provider sends the confirmation and the receipt to the email address given at payment. Premium opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, with no waiting.

Term, renewal and cancellation

The annual plan is entered into for one year.

It renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, unless it is cancelled.

Between three months and one month before the due date, we send you a reminder by email so that you can decline the renewal in time. This is the notice required by article L215-1 of the French consumer code. For a subscription bought from the iOS app, that notice is Apple's responsibility.

The monthly plan is entered into for an indefinite term. It continues unless it is cancelled, with no renewal at all, and you can cancel it at any time from the Cancel your contract page.

A subscription bought inside the iOS app is cancelled in the subscriptions section of your App Store account, never with us, since Apple is the one who sold it.

A subscription bought on this site is cancelled online, free of charge and at any time, at https://atlavo.app/en/cancel, as article L215-1-1 of the French consumer code requires.

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Premium stays open until then and no pro rata is refunded, except in the case of withdrawal described below. When the subscription ends, the two features close again and the map stays fully usable.

Right of withdrawal, fourteen days

You have fourteen days to withdraw, with no reason to give and no penalty. The period runs from the day the order is concluded, that is, the day of payment, under article L221-18 of the French consumer code.

We do not ask you to waive it. Article L221-28 of the French consumer code allows this right to be lost on digital content, but only if the trader obtains your prior express agreement and your explicit acknowledgement that you lose the right. We collect neither, so you keep your fourteen days in full.

Premium opens right after payment, without waiting for that period to end. Having used it costs you no right.

To withdraw, use first the online function available from your account throughout the period (link below): it shows your contract, asks for your name and email, and sends you a dated receipt as soon as you send it. You may also send us, before the end of the period, an unambiguous declaration by email or by post, to the address given in the form below, which you may use without being required to.

We refund everything you paid, at the latest fourteen days after being told of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, and free of charge. Premium then closes again.

Withdraw from contract here

Model withdrawal form

This form is reproduced as the annex to article R221-1 of the French consumer code provides. You are not obliged to use it, a statement written in your own words is enough.

To the attention of Mickaël Lebret, 170 avenue de Colmar, 68200 Mulhouse, France, contact@atlavo.app.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the service below. Ordered on (order date). Name of the consumer. Address of the consumer. Date. Signature, only if this form is notified on paper.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The digital content supplied by the subscription must conform to what is described here. This guarantee is owed for the whole time it is supplied, under articles L224-25-12 and following of the French consumer code, and it costs you nothing.

If either of the two features does not work as announced, write to us describing it. We bring it back into conformity within a reasonable time, or we refund you. These rights come on top of the right of withdrawal, they do not replace it.

Complaints

Any complaint goes first to the contact address published in our legal notice. We acknowledge it and we answer.

Applicable law and courts

The sale is governed by French law. If you live in another country, this clause does not deprive you of any protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

In case of a dispute you may choose to go before the court of the place where you live or the court of the place where the seller is established.
